  Equalizer Roofing System
  Our patented Equalizer Roofing System can eliminate 66% to 100% of the roofing seams on a new roof installation and eliminates the need for costly tear offs of old roofs by removing damage causing moisture from existing roofs.
  
  E.P.D.M. Rubber
  E.P.D.M.Rubber membrane applications allow extreme structural movement without splitting or cracking and retains its pliability.
  
  Heat Welded Thermoplastics
  A properly installed white CSPE or P.V.C. membrane can provide many years of roofing service.
  
  Built-up Roofing
  54% of all low-slope roofs are BUR with over 90% being hot-applied bitumen. BUR remains a popular choice for commercial applications.

  I found a few nails in the mulch bed when they completed my roof. They did use a big magnet roller on wheelw but they missed a few nails. The roof had 3 layers of shingles on it and had to have been a nightmare to remove, so I am not…
